Why are you looking at the pre-significant items? That is not the NPAT. That is the sales pitch. "We really made $11.9m but if you ignore all the areas where we lost money it is really $67.9m".
What do you think will happen to this year's unsold inventory?
Even if you ignore the falling sales, they are a very bureaucratic company. They need to shed staff from head office. Perhaps that is what Lew sees in the business.
