Very interesting image if frank actually had a pretty reasonable deal and the quintis board where just flat out rejecting him because of personal reason that wouldn't be working in the best interest of SH.
I do think if frank stayed on as CEO we would be in a better position tho.
Who better to lead negotiations than the man who built the company ground up for 20 years.
