the warm fuzzy feeling about work choices was that a person could negotiate a deal with the the employer, to suit their own circumstances - what a wonderful ay to sell a policy - anyway, apart from that, imagine the wages clerk, every week, sitting down, looking at each indiviual agreement, to make sure that they are all paid according to the indiviual deal deal negotiated.
watso has just finnished preparing a draft proposal for the wife to take to her employers - they are always understaffed, and the employer has trouble getting reliefs - thus placing a burden on the remaining staff. watso does not really think that the management will listen, as it virtually means a 40% increase wages, when the facility is understaffed - who know, that might be watso's contribution to "work choices" - heh heh even if the wife (and hence her co workers) get more, watso will still vote against the people who brought us work choices
