Appreciate 100% how you’re feeling goarmy but to be fair IAM are trying to disrupt a VERY slow-to-adapt industry. It would be extremely hard to promise anything when so much is outside of their control but they’ve tried anyway because they know better than any of us where they’re positioned with clients.
