To be honest, the thing that I am most disapointed in from this 12 month period is Resolution 9 in the June general meeting that was voted in.
This means your share size in the company will shrink by 42% and that 42% you lose goes to andrew forest and his men when all those options are converted.
thats another big turn off for me at the moment. They havnt even done anything, and they are allready lined up to take 42% of your invested money directly out of your port folio and into theirs!
how on earth is this fair? 42% !!
