Awesome BanjoAU. Anyone who has never experienced the Pilbara heat isn't qualified to give an opinion or to criticize. I was out at Normay sinking the shaft. In camp we had a thermometer parked in the shade, highest reading on the tube was 65 C. Knocked off one day & the bottom had blown out of it, that was a hot day. I was also involved with sinking a shaft in the low grade iron ore at Fortescue there was conglomerate everywhere all the way down to the river mouth, apart from that i worked at Soanville in the valleys & over the cliffs gridding ( Temperature in the valley's 130F every day. ) Then there is Marble Bar & Bamboo Creek. Stunning country, but only the strong can handle it. Happy prospecting. I might have a bonus for you guy's soon to make your magic wands lighter.
