Perhaps when they ask for an increase in director shares again, investors should ask if it is reasonable.
If the Company is pumping out money and they deserve a raise then ok. But If TEG is not producing and the share price is still down i believe they should be responsible and not ask for an increase. My view is they have enough shares and if they want more buy them like the rest of us. I understand they want the shares here to get the lift when TEG takes off and not after. But we all have taken risks. We have all taken a hit with the reverse split and we dont need any more shares being put in the market to dilute the share price. That is what happened years ago and what got us into the mess in the first place with JT. Shareholder have to speak up and not be so complacent.
