Just a comparison, CNOOC is a 482 bil company and WPL 13 Bil. 37 times bigger. Don't know how up to date this figures on the internet are though, but won't be that far off.
And as to "minister was at the FAR function." The fact the WPL did send a representative to that function is deafening in their "sour grapes" complain. They have shown their attitude really.
