I've been saying this on EMR threads for ages.
There are a lot of punters who dont know jack sh*t about oil, making outlandish declarations on what is happening. Unfortunately these people are driving the SP....that is untill the well is cleaned up, and flowing HC. There's a lot of knowlegable speculation on the outcome as well, so thank goodness sense will prevail.
When I first worked for Schlumberger, the training instructor used to ask, "How long does the clean up take?" The answer.."as long as it takes"
