Why don't you stop spreading lies. You can't prove that he advised his brother anything. Of course, you may believe it but you can't really say it. Particularly when you utter lies and LUM calls on Hotcopper to justify your utterances.

For your information, there are plenty of directors having sold shares and subsequently the price rose.
