If there was the intention to manipulate the uptake of the offer then we should have seen some changes in the market depth. As that hasn't happened we were obviously wrong about that. So, what is the incentive to stack the sell side now ? Maybe real orders by real sellers, if so, only a successful update will remove those barriers.
With sp levels becoming extreme depending on the EPD outcome, zero or infinity, it is hanging between fear of loosing and fear of missing out. Being greedy has its price.
