Depends on what RFG charges for their royalties ? 15-25 % ?
They also expect franchisees to foot the bill for marketing, promotions like $1 cuppa/buns/pizza, brochures, uniforms, new machines every 2 years, expensive raw materials, training costs, admin costs, computer costs, etc.....
They have to sell lots of the large $5.50 cappuccino to make the $500k and hope the consumer buys a cake to go with it.
