Molopo's board is not that large, two of the senior executives are board members. Both Beard and Mitchell would have been involved I think.
I am not disputing what you have stated as to whose role it is, but there is a fair chance that if the Chairman has not done the consulting, then the MD will have.
I don't think that Gorman would have been involved as his role is Operational.
Borovac is a non-executive director. Not quite sure what benefit he adds. I am not sure that the sophisticated shareholders who paid 25c would be too happy with him. He sold 1m at an average price of 19.5c less than 2 weeks after they raised the money. He did exercise some options to maintain his holding, but they were not due to expire until Nov 09.
