Im not sure about that .
Back in 1998 when internet all started they predicted the retail will be toast within 5 years because of e-commerce 19 years later people still like to go out shopping .
They keep building shopping malls in Bangkok ,Singapore ,Hanoi and Kuala lumpur .
Girls love to go out young and old with their friends .
People get bored with staying at home specially woman .
My wife and all her friends like to go out to the mall and eat some thing
off course she orders on line too but its not significant .
What I do noticed is the tremendous oversupply of food& beverage in all those shopping malls !
At least two whole floors are allocated for F&B
