1st Guess was one of the two top s/h.
2nd guess was WL was one of the s/h requisitioning the meeting.

now we find it is previous founder of Yowie, and one of the original s/h of Yowie, the bloke from middle east.
oh well - where are they going with this?
why try a Spill, and propose two new directors with absolutely no retail experience?
all I can think of, is that they are trying to put YOW into "play".
ie flush out a bidder.
