Looks like the smart money is taking a rest...they've been busy. ECU has $$ written all over it. Have a look at Galilee's last announcement (ECU posted it too). Very impressive results from a test well and then look at the size of Galilee's permit....this could be huge...Significance hasn't hit the market yet...but some early birds have gotten theirs...
