Yep scooter, Mt Peake mine appears not to be directly dependant on German ECF. The Mine could start construction/production independently of the Refinery so long as its independantly financed and there is a buyer for the unrefined product or the goodwill to store pending refinement.

That assumes a time lag. The original two stage development considered the sale of partially refined magnetite (way back). Could still do that and no real effect on bottom line long term if the resource sold dirt cheap at the beginning can be replaced by the eastern tenement resource not factored into the DFS. I mean 17 years or 40 years LOM who gives a toss that far forward at the mo.
