We could have all guessed there was going to be some alterations to the agreements within the MPA, however i'm wondering Does India really want to proceed? or is this the Indians way of trying to get us to just give up as its becoming too hard rather than coming out directly and saying "No" so they don't offend us?
or is it just them trying to renegotiate so it suits them better?
