If we are to see this offtake close by the end of calendar year, unfortunately our good mates Dominic Martinez and Gary Kielenstynez will have to be working over Xmas day and miss out on Boxing Day sales to get this over the line...

The price index used and the size of discounts are the fundamental building blocks of any offtake and to have these still not agreed upon is pretty concerning, especially setting yourself a deadline of a week when you have these components as well as repayment terms/timing still to be agreed upon.

I guess its good our mates in China hate Christmas celebrations or I'd have very real doubts this will be closed by year end..
