My point of interest to huayou's announcement is that they have set their target resource. For them to announce an aquirement of 600-800Mt i presume it will need to be JORC compliant before TO.
Which got me thinking, why would they wait so late to TO AVZ when it will cost a lot more?
I think they're not worried about waiting to pay more for AVZ, The increase in Huayou's market cap will increase by multiples of the price they end up paying for AVZ.
So in a strange way, the more AVZ drills and Huayou pays. The greater benifit Huayous share holders and market cap will see.
Whats everyone elses thoughts on this opinion?
