Russell has not told us what he had to do, and agree to, to secure a heads of agreement. He had no leverage and had to agree to the lease holders every demand, not necessarily a good deal for SEI.

Production as soon as possible and at least $10 million for the Quarry and royalties for the Leases would be a starting point, and as someone has already stated ... where does SEI get the money from?
