I never suggested that these issues re capital raising were 'scary', although if I had a lot of money invested in TZL and had bought in at current prices I would certainly be a little nervous. I did say that the announcement clearly states that the current issue ‘completes this round of capital raising'. Clearly TZL are leaving their options open, but the sceptic in me says they will be issuing more shares in the not too distant future.
The major thrust of my post was directed at the people who come on here claiming to have intricate, detailed inside knowledge of the workings of TZL, of which you are not one. It does surprise me that such well connected people have not been able to inform us of these capital raisings given their ‘connections.’ The same people are certainly very good at coming on here at least once a day and re-iterating ad nauseum the process of the NASDAQ listing and its potential to lift the share price sky high.
I would call myself a true believer in TZL, but it concerns me that the doubling and even trebling of TZL’s share price in recent times has been driven largely by the articles in the Bulletin and has little to do with the fundamental value of the stock. Read between the lines and the much vaunted announcements that have dribbled out to date really don’t equate to a multi billion dollar business in the near term. It’s hardly uncommon for small companies to sign agreements with large multinationals to supply technology etc. The critical issue is whether or not the product is supplied in large quantities in the long term. I suggest you read a little about the history of Sarich’s orbital engine before you get too blinded by the potential of TZL.
I have a holding currently worth $20K. I’ve more than doubled my money in a reasonably short period of time. If TZL is worth $10 this time next year and has locked in some good long term contracts I’ll be a very happy man. However, I stand by my promise to walk to Brisbane and back naked if TZL shares are trading at $50 by this time next year. By the way I live in Sydney.
