Firstly, it was never stated in mxc's announcement that Varm Cosmo was a 'giant'. It states (in the 14-11-17 announcement) "Varm Cosmo is a strongly backed, emerging Korean health care and beauty cosmetics company with a global distribution network providing MXC with a major strategic entry point into the massive global cosmetics market."

Have a look at the Varm Cosmo website at http://www.varmcosmo.com/ and you'll see it's COMING SOON... From the website: "We are devoted to the cultivation of skincare and health. Our team of industry veterans in cosmetics, health sciences, business, law and visual design insist on utilizing exceptional, innovative ingredients to create revolutionary products." It's new, innovative CBD based products are about to go online. We have to trust that MGC Pharmaceuticals did due diligence that the financial/skills base backing Varm Cosmo is 'strong'. This is a whole new ballgame so have a little patience. I see MGC new Derma product is advertised on the Varm Cosmo site which begs the question, is this where MGC Derma is about to launch its new product at the start of 2018? If so, exciting times ahead!
