Perhaps you should ring a couple of people and gain some information?
My take after a bit of ringing around is that part of the delay is water treatment - Government may have had a go at putting everything back onto Carbine. You may find the wait is worth it ($$).
If you wish to bag management do some research! . Talk to the people in Mt Morgan, all good in my opinion
