Lots of good, respectful posts (from those not on ignore) written from various points of view. Overall sentiment now seems to be that it is a given that deals take 12 months or more to move in the CIS countries. Well and good but obviously KH had no idea about that. That could also raise the question of KH's connection with the supposed local experts she has on board. Have they ever advised her about doing business over there ? If doing business over there is so sensitive perhaps those locals are not able to push Uran's case - beyond getting paid how committed are they to Uran ? Do they have the same passion as KH ?
The names and experience of the locals look great on paper but I have never had a good feel of what they are achieving. If the wheels really are continuing to turn, well and good. Once a deal has been made, I would expect those locals to be pushing Uran forward - do they have that sort of management ability and leadership ? Certainly I would expect to see a transformation in PR (KH's reaction is a given).
Cheers
