re: improved on yesterday's gains (king louie) Hi Louie

You put your finger on it when you said 'if you ride out a bit of trader volatility, great profits can be realised in time.' My only biotech stock, Novogen, is a classic case in point. Traders play it like a yo-yo, causing deep consternation amongst longer term investors but for me, as with GDN, if the factors in favour of the stock haven't altered, why would you ditch it? I've held it from $1.63 and despite its periodic pull-backs (paiful though they are), there is no mistaking the general trajectory.

GDN's demonstrated ability to stitch up rich deals and JV partnerships should provide prospective investors with some idea of the quality of its tenements. It has also been valued much more highly in the past on weaker fundamentals than it enjoys today so - like you - I'm prepared to ride out a bit of SP turbulence while I wait for that big thermal (when Gold hits US$400 perhaps?) to send it soaring.

The retraces following recent surges have seen the stock settle consistently higher each time, the classic indicators of an eventual sustained breakout. With key resistance overcome these past few days and three years spent trawling the bottom, the stock should enjoy a decent run over coming months. To do that though, it will require sufficient trading volume to pull free of the machinations of the day-traders. Time will tell.

    Best of luck,

    Gupper
