    sell 51,415.... at 19.5 but buy 17,138 @ 20 to keep the price up...


    17,138 x 3 = 51,414

    capiche?

    Dump at 19.5 and quickly buy at 20 to make last sale 20 so that people keep coming in with buy orders at 19.5... which they are dumping into. Create a psychological market at 20 but dump into 19.5.
