Nigeria is the source of a lot of tech scams, but an African mate tells me Nigeria has become a bit of a hub for tech companies. They have Africa's 2nd biggest stock exchanges and the standard of living is improving quickly. Their current population is around 190 million and projections have it as the 3rd most populous nation by 2050. So it is a large, growing and developing market. Think India 15 years ago.
