well here is my guess.
The EUC guys got sick of HC (and others) messaging them asking when assay's are going to be released... are they going to be good... etc etc.
They decided that the results were not going to be available before next Wed... so the easiest way to cease the endless requests is to put up a TH.
The wording is pretty short... yup, and no nice warm words... so sure, it could bode badly. or it could just be that they wanted to stop answering questions they had no answer for until after Christmas.
Either way... it's done now. No point fretting until next week. Enjoy your Christmas.
