CBA's defence is very weak if it rests entirely on a computer coding software error. It is CBA's responsibility to ensure that the software is adequate in order for the entity to be compliant in accordance with the necessary regulations.
It wouldn't surprise me if criminal proceedings don't follow on from here if CBA adopt a flippant and cavalier approach to this during the proceedings, as it would suggest INTENT.
