Since when did it become a requirement of anyones but your own to have your details up to date with the registry.
So because you didn't do it the registry should jump through hoops for you, imagine if everyone did it. Thats why lines are drawn in the sand and to expect something to happen after the fact is ridiculous.
Everyone knew the SPP was well oversubscribed and a refund would be coming, so you had plenty of time to update.
