Repackaged credit card debt is going to make sub-prime numbers look insignificant & bring a whole new set of mega players into the light of day (GE Finance etc)
Not just the bottom rung (sub-primers) have been abusing the plastic. Cash advance and late/overdue payment figures are climbing quickly worldwide & unlike a mortgage (yes even a sub-prime one) a credit card debt has absolutely no hard asset behind it.
