I’d be surprised if they persist with ruminants now – in which case, forget TPM in dairy and beef cattle, lamb and goat.
So, chicken and pork it is, huge markets in themselves as these are the two most widely consumed meats in the world. Possibly add to that market opportunities down the track in other widely consumed monogastric feed animals - turkeys (the 4th most consumed meat in the US), layer hens (egg industry) and fish.
Time now for Ross to convert encouraging discussion into commercial agreements.
