Some of us also have some idea of the painfully slow mechanisms of the old eastern bloc /FSU and so do not find the given reasons for delays so far unreasonable. I studied Russian, Russian lit and Soc at Melbourne Uni when it still had this wonderful department in the 80's (have studied many things) and ohers have lived and worked in these countries. We are not numb and passive but rather perhaps not surprised by the machinatons. I've held and bought little bits for longer than most here and am still patient - the rewards will be worth it. A
