The processing plant is already happening, there are stockpiles waiting to be processed so it's just a matter of getting the infrastructure works underway and it's straight into it. CEO was just down there and January is the driest warmest month so maybe 2nd January could be action time.
I don't actually know what qualifies as being dry enough to begin groundworks but the EPA authorities are involved plus contractors so they would be the ones to determine if it is physically ready, and the Christmas New Year out of the way, would be an ideal time to begin.
So as soon as groundworks begin then stage 2 comes into play so they can start processing the new stockpiles immediately and be ready to export as soon as orders come through.
I think sales will be happening before the end of 1st quarter and remember ANW receives payment the moment the tin concentrate is picked up from our local port.
