    GALFX follows GXY, not the other way around.
    I'm not 100% sure so maybe Bob can answer, but assumed GALFX is an CFD arrangement where they're not buying (ASX) GXY directly and don't have ownership of the shares as opposed to Black Rock.
    I would have thought a future listing on NYSE would be a pointless exercise if that wasn't the case.
