That said, when you call a bluff there is a reason. In this case, we create our own stalling tactics for SP to appreciate upon gradual realise of drilling results. The same drilling results that on one hand are offering de risking to the Chinese, and potentially giving them time to play hard to get and suppressing SP, on the other. I think JNS's involvement will bring this to a head earlier than anticipated, for obvious monetary reasons.
