I find yours post a most difficult read. I got stuck on the first misunderstanding and the glazed over for the rest of the post.

You talk about house prices with such passion and blame one single polititian (seving to date for 11 yrs or thereabouts) for some 30 to 40 years growth in housing prices since the 1970's? Oh purleeeeeeeeese!

Housing price growth is just one of many inflated asset classes that are an international/global phenomenon within most westernised economies ... geeeez that John Howard is one hell of a buzzard!

I cant begin to wade through the resat of your post.
