    Why? It's been the worst performing asset for the last 6 years, all it's done is lose money and there doesn't appear to be any end in sight.
    Not that I'm any fan of Trump, but his tax bill is likely to turbocharge the US economy so stocks are a good bet.

    Gold and silver - no. I do own a natural resources fund which has a few gold mining companies on its books, but its recent performance, up 33% in the last year is other metals.
