Why not aim for 100 per cent occupancy of the rooms by marketing to casino clients and travellers alike and you may be surprised that the tourist will have a dabble in the casino anyway, as well as frequent any restaurant offering you may have, extra revenue to be made.
I have stayed at Jupiter's on the gold coast mainly for the accommodation but had a dabble in the casino and spent a fair bit wining and dining the wife at the restaurants, so win win for them.
