Am wondering if BUD has already developed control mechanism to automatically optimise energy consumption rather than just providing the data & monitoring capability? Based on the March interview link below, David seems to suggest that at that point they do not yet have the control aspect.

There is another ASX listed company Building IQ (BIQ) that has a software platform with algorithm to automatically adjust HVAC setting for reduced energy consumption using predictive analyses based on weather patterns, user feedback and demand analyses, but trading at a fraction of BUD's valuation.
So my question is what does BUD offer that is different to BIQ to warrant a substantially higher valuation?
