This is worth a read. It names the province of  Tanganyika as one of the main trouble spots ATM. Manono is in this province.

I don't mind saying I was wrong on AVZ in 2017 and missed a fortune (for me anyway) as a result. But I can't see how there could be buying with the situ there as it is currently. It would be a brave mining exec Chinese or other who would commit 300 million of his company's money to this project. Basically putting his career on the line... Might be a rough ride, but if things stabilize again AVZ could well get to the promised land.
