I have been given the answer to that. They want to be looked at but not by dirty old men like you and me. Only young men.

Set opposite a very beautiful young girl a few months ago. She had a very short mini skirt and had an interesting tattoo on her leg which disappeared under her skirt. The design had me intrigued and I really wanted to know what it was. After an eternity I took a chance and came out and asked her. (my kids later told me I took my life in my hands and could have been arrested.) I politely asked her that I could not have helped but seen the tattoo and was intrigued to know what it was. She looked into my eyes for a few moments and said 'I don't think you are a pervert!"
With that, she reached down and further pulled up her skirt so I could see the full design.
There is a god after all!

I reckon there is also some sort of unspoken contest with other women of the same age rage - to look the most like Beyonce, etc...

Unbelievable: minis and bare tummies in mid winter!
