You can still have hosptials, army etc, on minimal tax .. it's just that everyone pays their own bills for hospitals, schools etc etc

The problem with Australia is that there's too many bludging off the system, expecting someone else to pay their way. The more you force people to stand on their own two feet, the less tax required, the less pressure of salaried inflation etc.

Remember, before WWII Australians paid $0 (Zero) income tax .. so don't believe the cr*p that's taxes will always be here.
