In reality, I think ASIC isn't concerned with cases like this, they've got too limited resources and they'd rather pursue the headline grabbing companies doing something wrong.
I do believe Red-frog back when the cabe announcement was made did say that he's sent something off to ASIC.
On another note, I've got some questions for you all.

2.Who else thinks Bootleg and Hilly aren't just regular joe shareholders? I noticed that at the beginning of the Cabe discussion they were still defending the choice to buy Cabe.

I'll reveal that I bought 80000 GPN at 0.57c late February and have watched it go down, down, down on the back of no news, no results, acquisitions, joint ventures and nothing else. I really don't care what happens to this stock now, my investment is so minor, I'm just interested in seeing how the next six months plays out as a learning exercise.
There's the other option that everything they're doing will put money in our back pockets, but every day that passes I become a little more doubtful of that happening.
