This is what has always really bothered me with this company since the holt 8 months ago. The fear generated by shorters has been allowed to fester. It should be an easy turnaround for this company. But there has been no turnaround plan. It's unheard of!
It's like the current management have some kind of paralysis . Afraid to Act. Not the right people to act.
Too respectable, too corporate, too afraid of sullying their reputations for fear of limited opportunities down the track. Hamstrung by their own fears.
Frank Wilson on the other hand, has 1 opportunity. This is it. He built this company, made errors of judgement, but the hunger to see Quintis succeed burns brightly.
As the quote goes,

This is the turnaround plan. Just need to run it now.
