Why is Myer worth $1.20? I have revised my DCF after the FY17 and latest announcements. Best case scenario it's worth $0.77-$0.85.
N.B. no sales growth has been projected as Myer has not grown sales for the last 5 years. In fact, sales have deteriorated. So I factored in 0% sales growth.
