Agree totally.

I'm not even sure anymore that GC is such a good bloke. He certainly is skilled in the art of giving that impression.

What worries me more than anything is how did RM get so many shares, and apparently taken to treating ADO as a stock to do what he wills? This is the second time he's behind a Board member removal.

What was the real reason that AS was targetted? (I'm now beginning to believe he was doing just a bit too good a job with the financials).

We're back to big spending. Now we have to fly out the Chairman and RS, presumably business class from the US and Belgium respectively, and pay all associated costs for the EGM.

(What about a few more round the world tickets for GC and RM while we're at it? Correct me if I'm wrong, but didn't they go on a couple of international jaunts to get finance, and come back with nothing? Is ADO just a cash cow for some people? It truly makes you wonder about motives here.)

If this blows up and we do lose the Chairman, the consequences for the company are extremely serious.

For one thing we might lose the CEO. For another I don't expect that Joe Maeji will stick around for much more nonsense if this doesn't start getting sorted out in a thorough way. He's extremely mild mannered as goes with japanese culture, but it looks to me like he could have had a gutful.

It doesn't matter how good our technology is, if we look like a bunch of hillbillies, the risk is that nobody will want to deal with us. Something even the barmy army would try to think about between chants.





I believe the battery space is the one that has the biggest potential.
