I dont think you are looking at the real story

BDR have burnt through $50 million a year
For a few years

Gold averaged around $1300 this year
Much better than the previous 2 years
Still BDR finds itself in a worse financial position.

To make money they require $50 million in extra income.
Being genorous say they mine 150k oz
That will require gold at more than $1600 US an ounce
Before they are making money.

There is a long way between bleeding $50 million a year
and making money.

Much better plays than this one.
