price sensitive announcement

Dear Threaders, Shreaders, Rampers, Rappers Procrastinators, Penguins and fellow Wannabes

Don't you love it when an explanation mark appears next to announcements on ASX site indicating "price sensitive". Latest announcement by BPT in conjuction with GOG tells a potentially happy scenario in PEL 91. JOY.

Significant oil has been found North and South of prospective area. GOG is of the opinion that this is an oil "fairway". I think this could well be true. The only problem in this area is that there seems to be areas of "oil pools". Drills could be hit or miss. Have to wait and see.

The good thing about these announcements is that high risk investors will buy in on the back of them and this will put upward pressure on sp. Astute high riskers will realise BPT's high success rate in oil discoveries.

As for recent sp decline and subsequent "j-curve" late in trade I have no answers. While my buy in prices have been slightly higher than current sp I am glad I have accum. BPT. Not sure what current sp nexus will be ... I was wrong last time ... arrggghhh ... humble pie ... etc ...

I will try to accum some more BPT before drilling program starts and before BMG re-click. Old hands in investing and speculating know that people trade into stocks on potential finds once drilling starts. Just running out of spare change presently. Might have to sell the kiddies shoes at a garage sale to raise some working capital - summer is here now so they won't need them til next june, july or august.
